Terms of use

The service

The platform offers interactive software prototypes for evaluation. Prototypes are not production systems and are not offered as hosted products or subscriptions. A production or customized system is only provided under a separate written agreement.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep access to your email or Google account secure.
• Accounts are personal; don't share access with others.

Demo workspaces

• Each demo workspace is temporary and private to your account. It is permanently deleted when the demo period ends.
• The number of new demos per account and day is limited.
• Use fictional data only. Don't enter real personal data, confidential information or payment details.
• Demos may be changed, reset, paused or ended at any time, for example for maintenance or abuse prevention.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to access other users' workspaces or data, or to bypass security or usage limits.
• Don't scrape, load-test or disrupt the service, and don't use it for unlawful content or activity.

No warranties

Prototypes and demos are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and must not be relied upon for real business, financial, medical or legal decisions.

Intellectual property

The platform, prototypes, source code and site content remain the property of their owner and may not be copied or redistributed. Information you submit stays yours; you allow us to use it to operate the service and respond to your requests.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of prototypes or demos. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. We may suspend accounts that violate them. You can stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
